Isabella is chewing through the summer home work. She’s down to the last two chapters – the book is 300+ pages in total. Not a whole lot of fun, but apparently it’s to make sure her brain doesn’t turn into mush over the summer – whatever that means. She’s almost there and rewarded herself with an arctic fox this afternoon. The Webkinz kind. Seem to have forgotten that much of the collection is part of a landfill somewhere…

We continued to get the house organized. Garage was emptied and there was enough for two trips to recycling center. All’s turned out very nice, and we’re not as a bummed about the failed remodel, as we used to be.
We hooked up with Rhett & Karin (Adobe colleagues) Sunday evening at Olivia’s house. Lasted a bit too long.., but it was a great to sit outdoors and enjoy some of the wine from Barnett. Good stuff and good company.
John finally had some activity in the studio. It’s been too long and it was good to have kids running around again.Good shots and big smiles for the most part. The young models seemed to have a great time although nothing can beat the good ol’ blanket. Especially when you need a break.
