Quite the earthquake tonight. It’s the first time we’ve really felt it here, but apart from the strange noises it was pretty uneventful. CNN reported it to be a 5.6 quake with no damage reported.
Tomorrow’s Halloween. Isabella’s already dressed in her costume – not sure how that happened. She wasn’t wearing it when she fell asleep. She’s very excited about Halloween this year… Perhaps she pretended to sleep, so that she could get properly dressed.
And while we’re on that subject (getting dressed): We were invited to a masquerade this weekend. For men it was a black tie thing, but there were no rules for the ladies. As you can see Lyne showed up in a Marie Antoinette kind of thing. Beautiful dress and mask with lots of details. The masquerade was set on top of the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco. the outdoor terrace had a beautiful view of the city with the Bay and the bridges. Isabella had to stay at home but she had good fun with Viviana.
Will follow this up with some pictures of Isabella in her costumes, but not until she’s had a chance to surprise everybody in her glorious outfits.
