On Thursday, Olivia and Adriana left for Spokane, WA, for Adriana’s volleyball team to participate in the Pacific Northwest Qualifier. It’s been a challenge to get the logistics work, but it came together in the end. Sadly, Adriana met a stronger team Sunday morning, and they are both heading back to the Bay Area as we write this.
John got a chance to see old and new colleagues in Denver. It’s been more than two years since the last time the Product Marketing team was together, and several people have joined and several left. He got to try his minigolf, a.k.a mini-putt skills, Tuesday evening with the team – no sponsors lined up.
John and Duke have been hanging out all weekend. They had a nice walk in Half Moon Bay Saturday evening and were lucky enough to spot a large herd of deer on the way back. Although the origin is a bit of a mystery, they excite Duke. So much so that his whole body is shaking while looking at them.
Still trying to select tiles for the patio. Got a few samples but most look very different in the sun compared to how they were experienced in the store.
