It’s Groundhog Day and according to Punxsutawney Phil we’re in for another six weeks of winter. Maybe that’s why Isabella ended up with a pretty stuffy nose. Could be from the cold nights but certainly not from the weather during the day. It’s very warm here – pushing 20 degrees Celcius – and all of our trees have little buds on them.
Isabella’s enjoying her new Friday afternoon violin lessons and have made good progress the last couple of weeks. She had a bit of a scare Saturday when she fell off the horse. But not damage was done, and she was back in the saddle in no time. Sunday Isabella had a play date with Jade before we had a birthday cake test run. Mixed results so we’re pondering what to do next 🙂
John’s Friday interview went well. There are other candidates in the run, so we don’t know when we’ll hear back. Hopefully this week.
