Moses had his yearly checkup and was in tip-top shape. He got three vaccines – one in the nose! Poor thing. He handled it all well and loved the attention from the doctor and the nurses.
Monday was school picture day at Isabella’s school. We have yet to buy a single set. Hopefully it’ll be a step up from the wrinkled plastic background they used last year. She continued her French lessons and enjoyed it. They will be divided into smaller group starting next time, so that they can work on the skills the kids need to brush up on.
Lots of activity on Saturday. Isabella started at Spring Down just before noon and once the group lesson was over we headed over to Sandy and Jillian at Indian Hills Farm. More riding and Isabella fell in love with Bill the Horse. So much so that she forgot several things when leaving. Not sure if it she did it on purpose 😉 There are some pictures here. We were joined by Olivia and her girls at Great America and rode pretty much every ride until they kicked us out at eight pm. We don’t think we’ll be back this year – our season passes will not get us in around Halloween. There are a few images of the fun here.
Isabella went to Jade’s birthday party Sunday afternoon. Everybody jumped in the pool and she had no trouble falling asleep Sunday evening.
